Seattle-based artist and illustrator Jen Corace is inspired by “water, atmosphere and any figure in the piece that finds their way to fit into that atmosphere”, inspiration that is clearly reflected in her mermaid-themed artwork for Infectious. Her childlike aesthetic and trademark muted colors are also regularly seen in exhibitions at Giant Robot, her monthly illustrations for the Portland Mercury and her series of children’s stories for Chronicle Books.
